Refund Policy


All payments made to

REROI.IO

are

non-refundable.


Due to the nature of digital services, marketing platforms, and software products, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed, whether on monthly or annual subscription plans.


By signing up and making payment, you acknowledge and agree that

all sales are final.




Subscription Plans and Billing


REROI.IO offers the following subscription plans:


Social Boost: $199/month Discontinued

Social Boost+: $299/month

Platinum: $399/month

(Other plans or future promotions may apply)


Each plan is billed automatically based on the subscription you selected at checkout.


Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to our platform, resources, automations, and proprietary systems.

All billing is recurring unless canceled.




Cancellation Policy


You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your

REROI.IO account → Billing Section.


Upon cancellation:


You will continue to have access to the platform and its features until the end of your current billing cycle. No additional charges will occur after cancellation. No prorated refunds are offered for unused time. It is the customer's responsibility to properly cancel through the platform before the renewal date to avoid further charges.

Proprietary Assets and Platform Use


All tools, automations, templates, websites, workflows, and other systems provided within REROI.IO are

proprietary assets owned by REROI.IO.


By using our services, you agree that:


You do not own, nor are you granted rights to, the proprietary software, automations, workflows, websites, or marketing materials created inside REROI.IO.Proprietary materials are non-transferable to any outside platform or software.Upon cancellation, all proprietary system access will be revoked at the end of your billing cycle.




Data Responsibility


It is the customer’s sole responsibility to:


Download, export, or back up any contacts, lead data, form submissions, or campaign data prior to canceling the account.Understand that once your billing period ends and your account closes, all stored data will be permanently deleted from our servers.


REROI.IO is

not responsible for recovering any data

after account termination or deletion.




Hardship and Pause Policy


We understand that unexpected circumstances may occur.


If you are experiencing hardship and need to pause your account:


You may request a temporary account pause for up to 90 days.During the paused period, no new charges will apply.Access to the platform features will be suspended while paused.After 90 days, your subscription will either resume automatically or be canceled permanently if no communication is received.
