Refunds, Cancellations, and Data Policy

1. No Refunds / All Sales Final
All payments made to REROI.IO LLC are final and non-refundable.
REROI.IO LLC provides immediate access to digital services, SaaS platforms, proprietary systems, marketing tools, automations, AI features, and/or professional services upon successful payment. As such, all sales are final, and no refunds, credits, reversals, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.
This policy applies to, without limitation:
SaaS subscriptions
Agency retainers
Setup, onboarding, and implementation fees
Done-For-You (DFY) services
Done-With-You (DWY) services
Consulting, strategy sessions, and creative work
Add-ons, upgrades, and one-time purchases
By completing a purchase, submitting payment, or authorizing a recurring charge, Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
Services are delivered immediately and begin upon payment,
All sales are final, and
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction, non-use, early cancellation, paused accounts, or perceived lack of results.
2. Digital Services & Immediate Delivery Acknowledgment
Client acknowledges that REROI.IO LLC provides digital goods and services that are delivered immediately upon payment, including access to software, systems, tools, automations, AI functionality, and proprietary resources.
Because delivery occurs instantly and resources are allocated immediately, Client waives any right to a refund once payment has been processed.
3. Subscription Plans and Recurring Billing
REROI.IO LLC offers SaaS subscription plans, which may include but are not limited to:
Social Boost (Discontinued)
Social Boost+
Platinum
Custom, enterprise, or future plans
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at checkout. Upon successful payment, Client receives immediate access to the platform and related features.
Subscriptions continue automatically unless canceled in accordance with this Policy.
4. Agency Services, DFY, and DWY Engagements
Agency services, DFY, and DWY offerings are billed as either:
Recurring monthly retainers, or
One-time project fees, due in full before work begins
Due to the labor, time, strategy, and proprietary system configuration involved:
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
Setup fees, onboarding, strategy, and creative assets are considered delivered once initiated
Early termination does not entitle Client to partial refunds or credits
Outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to service termination.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 SaaS Subscriptions
Client may cancel a SaaS subscription at any time through the REROI.IO account billing section.
Upon cancellation:
Access continues through the end of the current billing cycle
No additional charges occur after the billing period ends
No prorated refunds are provided
It is Client’s responsibility to cancel prior to renewal. If assistance is required, Client must contact [email protected] before the renewal date.
5.2 Agency Retainers and DFY/DWY Services
Agency services and DFY/DWY projects require written cancellation notice sent to:
Cancellation does not waive:
Payment for work already performed
Contractual obligations
Accrued or outstanding balances
6. Cancellation Does Not Entitle Client to a Refund
Cancellation of any subscription, service, or agreement—whether voluntary or involuntary—does not entitle Client to a refund of any kind.
Cancellation only prevents future billing after the applicable billing period and does not reverse or credit any prior charges.
7. Proprietary Assets and Platform Use
All software, systems, workflows, snapshots, automations, templates, CRM configurations, websites, creative assets, AI prompts, campaigns, and operational frameworks provided or deployed by REROI.IO LLC are proprietary intellectual property.
Client acknowledges and agrees that:
No ownership rights are transferred
All proprietary assets are licensed for use only within the REROI.IO platform
Assets are non-transferable, non-exportable, and non-replicable
Under no circumstances will REROI.IO migrate, recreate, or transfer systems to HighLevel or any third-party platform
Upon cancellation or termination, access to proprietary systems is revoked at the end of the billing cycle.
8. Client Data Responsibility
Client is solely responsible for:
Exporting or backing up lead data, contacts, and reports before cancellation
Maintaining independent copies of all data
Once access ends:
Data may be permanently deleted
REROI.IO LLC is not responsible for data recovery
Any data exports provided do not include proprietary systems or platform assets.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Client agrees not to initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with their bank or payment provider for charges that were authorized and processed in accordance with this Policy.
In the event of a chargeback or dispute, REROI.IO LLC reserves the right to submit evidence to the payment processor, including:

Signed agreements or proposals
Account access logs, IP addresses, timestamps, and usage records
Unauthorized chargebacks constitute a material breach and may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
10. No Guarantee of Results
Client acknowledges that marketing performance, advertising approvals, lead generation, conversions, and revenue outcomes are inherently variable and dependent on factors outside the control of REROI.IO LLC.
No guarantees are made. Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund or chargeback.
11. Hardship and Account Pause Policy
Clients may request a temporary account pause by emailing [email protected], subject to approval.
Pause terms:
Maximum pause: up to 90 days
No new charges during the pause
Platform access is suspended
If no instruction is received after 90 days, the subscription may resume or be canceled at Company’s discretion.

Refund Policy
All payments made to REROI.IO LLC are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital services, agency work, marketing platforms, and software products, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed. This applies to all subscription plans, agency retainers, one-time projects, and Done-For-You (DFY) or Done-With-You (DWY) service packages.
By signing up, purchasing, or making payment, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
Subscription Plans and Billing
REROI.IO offers the following subscription plans:
Social Boost: $199/month (Discontinued)
Social Boost+: $299/month
Platinum: $399/month
(Other plans, custom retainers, or future promotions may apply)
Each plan is billed automatically based on the subscription you selected at checkout. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to our platform, resources, automations, and proprietary systems.
All billing is recurring unless canceled.
Agency Services, Done-For-You (DFY), and Done-With-You (DWY) Services
All agency services, DFY, and DWY engagements are billed either as:
Monthly retainers, renewed automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
One-time project fees, due upfront before any work begins.
Due to the labor, time, and resources involved, all DFY and DWY payments are
non-refundable once work has commenced.
Strategy sessions, setup fees, onboarding, and creative assets are considered delivered services and are not eligible for refunds.
If a client terminates a project early, no partial refunds or credits will be issued.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription plan at any time by accessing your REROI.IO account → Billing Section.
Upon cancellation:
You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle.
No additional charges will occur after cancellation.
No prorated refunds are offered for unused time.
It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel prior to the renewal date to avoid further charges.
If you encounter issues canceling, you must contact [email protected] before your renewal date.
For agency retainers and DFY/DWY projects:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Work already performed will be billed in full, and any outstanding payments must be settled before termination of services.
Proprietary Assets and Platform Use
All tools, automations, templates, websites, workflows, and other systems provided by REROI.IO LLC are proprietary assets.
By using our services, you agree that:
You do not own, nor are you granted rights to, the proprietary software, automations, workflows, websites, or marketing materials created by REROI.IO.
Proprietary materials are non-transferable to any outside platform or software.
Under no circumstances will REROI.IO transfer accounts, data, or assets to HighLevel or any third-party platform.
Upon cancellation, all proprietary system access will be revoked at the end of your billing cycle.
Legal Enforcement:
If REROI.IO discovers that a client has attempted to copy, steal, misuse, or transfer any proprietary materials, REROI.IO reserves the right to pursue legal action in Hillsborough County, Florida. Clients engaging in theft or unauthorized use of proprietary assets will be held liable for damages and all legal fees.
Data Responsibility
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to:
Download, export, or back up any contacts, lead data, form submissions, or campaign data before canceling.
Understand that once your billing period ends and your account closes, all stored data will be permanently deleted.
REROI.IO is not responsible for recovering any data after account termination or deletion.
Hardship and Pause Policy
We understand unexpected circumstances may occur.
If you need to pause your account:
You may request a temporary account pause for up to 90 days.
During the pause, no new charges will apply.
Platform access will be suspended while paused.
After 90 days, your subscription will either resume automatically or be canceled if no communication is received.
