Our team provides white-glove onboarding, where we handle the setup for you — including your CRM, automations, AI chat and voice assistants, appointment booking, and integrations. You don’t need prior technical experience to get started.

Why is there a $1,000 sign-up fee?

The $1,000 sign-up fee is a one-time onboarding and system build fee.

This covers the time, labor, and resources required for our team to custom-build your system, including:

• CRM configuration

• AI voice and AI chat assistant setup

• Automations and workflows

• Appointment booking system

• Integrations

• IDX website setup (for eligible real estate clients)

We don’t provide a blank platform — we build and configure everything specifically for your business so you can launch without technical headaches.

How long does onboarding take?

Most clients are fully launched within 7 days or less, depending on responsiveness and complexity.

What do I need to provide to get started?

What do I need to provide to get started?

AI Chat, AI Voice & Automations

How do the AI chat and AI voice assistants work?

Our AI assistants respond to leads, follow up automatically, book appointments, and route conversations based on your business rules. They are designed to assist your sales process — not replace human interaction.

Does AI replace my follow-up or sales team?

No. AI enhances speed and consistency, but you remain responsible for follow-up, sales conversations, and closing. Think of AI as your assistant, not your salesperson.

Are AI messages compliant with TCPA and carrier rules?

REROI.IO provides tools that support compliant messaging, but compliance ultimately depends on how the system is used. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent, honoring opt-outs, and following TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and carrier regulations.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Marketing & Advertising Services

Does REROI.IO guarantee leads, appointments, or revenue?

No. We do not guarantee specific results. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including ad spend, market conditions, offer quality, follow-up speed, and sales execution.

Is ad spend included in your services?

No. Advertising budgets are paid directly to platforms like Meta or Google and are separate from REROI.IO Agency service fees.

Is this package per market or per city?

Yes. Marketing campaigns are structured per market or per city. If you operate in multiple markets, additional campaigns or add-ons may be required.

What happens if my ad account is restricted or suspended?

REROI.IO is not responsible for restrictions or enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms such as Meta or Google. Policy changes, account reviews, or suspensions do not constitute a breach of our agreement.

Integrations & Third-Party Platforms

Can REROI.IO integrate with my existing tools?

Yes. REROI.IO integrates with many third-party platforms, including Google Calendar, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Stripe, QuickBooks, Xero, Shopify, WhatsApp, Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Airtable, and more through our marketplace.

Do third-party tools have additional costs?

Some integrations may require separate subscriptions or usage fees paid directly to the third-party provider.

Is REROI.IO responsible for third-party outages or policy changes?

No. We are not responsible for service interruptions, pricing changes, data issues, or policy enforcement by third-party platforms.

Billing, Cancellations & Refunds

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel anytime inside your REROI.IO account under the Billing section. Access continues through the end of your billing cycle.

No. All payments are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital services, instant access, and proprietary systems, all sales are final.

Are setup fees and agency services refundable?

No. Setup fees, onboarding, DFY, DWY, and agency services are considered delivered once work begins and are not eligible for refunds.

Data, Ownership & Proprietary Systems

Do I own my data?

You own your lead and contact data. You are responsible for exporting or backing up your data before cancellation.

Can I transfer workflows, snapshots, or automations to another platform?

No. All workflows, snapshots, automations, templates, and system configurations created inside REROI.IO are proprietary and non-transferable.

What happens to my account and data after cancellation?

After your billing period ends, platform access is removed, and data may be permanently deleted. REROI.IO is not responsible for data recovery after termination.

How do I get support?

You can get support directly inside the REROI.IO platform using our built-in customer support widget, available 24/7 for submitting requests and accessing help resources.

You can also explore our knowledge base, which covers common questions, setup guidance, and best practices.

All support requests are reviewed by our team and handled as quickly as possible based on priority and complexity. This ensures you receive accurate help while keeping the platform stable and compliant.

Do you offer phone support?

Yes. REROI.IO provides an AI-powered phone support line available 24/7 to help answer common questions, guide you to the right resources, and assist with basic platform navigation.

For more complex issues, technical requests, or account-specific matters, our AI or Human support will route you to our ticketing system, where a customer support specialist or developer will review and assist with your request.

What are your support hours?

Customer support does not replace marketing strategy, sales consulting, ad management, or third-party platform support unless explicitly included in your service agreement.

This ensures we can provide fast, accurate help while keeping support fair and scalable for all users.

Can support help with Facebook, Google, or carrier issues?

We will assist with guidance and troubleshooting related to third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, SMS carriers, and email providers.

However, REROI.IO does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee approvals, delivery, account reinstatement, or policy outcomes. Final decisions are made solely by those platforms.

We help you navigate the process — we do not override external platform rules.

Do you offer emergency or priority support?

Support requests are handled based on priority, severity, and complexity.

System-wide issues and platform outages are prioritized. Individual requests are addressed as quickly as possible during available support hours.

We do not offer guaranteed response times unless explicitly stated in a separate service-level agreement (SLA).
